Security Advisory & Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Security Advisory & Compliance practice, the full-time salaried Security Advisory & Compliance Manager will manage a team of associates and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational execution, and alignment with client expectations while fostering career development and strategic program growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly manage and mentor Security Advisory & Compliance team members, setting performance expectations and supporting career development
• Oversee the delivery of Security Advisory & Compliance services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and acting as an escalation point for complex client issues
• Define and evolve the service catalog and delivery models, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting sales efforts through solution design

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, or advisory roles
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams in a consulting, security, or compliance environment
• Mastery of risk management and cybersecurity frameworks with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers
• Proficiency in GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, and security tooling outputs
