Security Alignment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Alignment Engineer to safeguard clients' IT infrastructure and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security alignment reviews and provide actionable recommendations
• Manage and maintain the company's IT security standards library
• Provide intermediate technical support to end-users and maintain accurate client documentation

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 3-5 years of IT Help Desk experience (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
• Strong experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (preferred)
