Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting security assurance operations, the full-time remote Security Analyst will manage security requests, assist with audit preparations, and maintain compliance processes while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake process for security assurance requests, triaging and prioritizing work while tracking requests to resolution
• Assist with HITRUST r2 and SOC 2 audit preparation, coordinating activities and tracking open items
• Support vendor risk assessment activities and participate in security incident response as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests effectively
• Proficiency with productivity and work-tracking tools, such as ticketing systems and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with external clients
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, compliance, audit support, finance, or a related field preferred
