Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Security Analyst Engineer will manage Highly Privileged Access (HPA) Logging and Monitoring, partner with technology teams for application onboarding to Splunk, and enhance the IAM system for secret key management.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery and engagement with application owners to document onboarding processes
- Analyze log data to identify relevant events for mapping to Splunk data models and develop technology add-ons
- Develop and execute test plans for new application functionality while maintaining detailed test documentation
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of working experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree, including 1 year in IAM or adjacent InfoSec domains
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies for at least 1 year
- Understanding of Splunk Cloud and Splunk Processing Language (SPL)
- Experience working in a cloud (PaaS) environment
- Knowledge of foundational IAM concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, and RBAC
