Security Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general understanding of various computer systems, networking, and architecture
• Respond to alerts coming through SIEM or various security tools
• Perform Incident Response activities for the organization and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with syslog and attack vectors
• Familiarity with IT security impacts and risks identification
• Detailed knowledge of the IT security industry and awareness of new security solutions and policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors for support
• Previous experience in monitoring, analyzing, and investigating security alerts and incidents
