A company is looking for a Security Analyst II to enhance cybersecurity measures against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous monitoring of security alerts and incidents, facilitating automation as needed
• Utilize advanced threat hunting techniques to proactively identify and neutralize potential security risks
• Perform as the first line of incident management and response for the security team

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline preferred
• 5+ years of directly related experience in cybersecurity
• Familiarity with security platforms such as Rapid7, CrowdStrike, and Proofpoint
• Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CEH, or CCSP are a plus but not required
• Expert understanding of operating systems including Linux and Windows
