Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security and Compliance Lead responsible for leading a team of cyber analysts to mitigate cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security monitoring strategies to enhance the organization's security posture
• Provide actionable risk-reduction recommendations based on threat intelligence and analysis
• Analyze system vulnerabilities and prepare detailed reports on organizational risk posture

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity monitoring, threat analysis, or security operations
• Experience leading or mentoring cybersecurity teams
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity policies and audit frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must have completed at least one federal ATO
