Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security and Compliance Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance programs
• Oversee PCI-DSS compliance across payment systems and collaborate with various departments
• Monitor security incidents, conduct risk assessments, and manage security awareness training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or IT risk management
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in retail
• In-depth knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS compliance and retail security challenges
