Security and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security and Compliance Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security control tests of design and operational effectiveness
• Manage remediation tasks to completion on tight deadlines
• Support internal and external auditors and maintain documentation related to security compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, cybersecurity, or related field, with 3+ years of experience (relevant experience may substitute for education)
• At least 2+ years experience working with a SaaS company
• Experience applying NIST security controls (preferably NIST 800-53) within a GRC/RMF framework
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent security requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to assess security impacts
