Security and IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading the security program and corporate IT operations, the full-time remote Manager of Security and IT will set security strategy, manage security operations, and oversee IT functions in a healthcare technology environment handling PHI at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the security program across various domains including application security, identity management, and vendor security
• Own corporate IT operations, encompassing identity platforms, endpoint management, and helpdesk services
• Hire and develop a small team while collaborating with the compliance program to implement necessary controls

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of security experience with at least 2 years in a security leadership role
• Direct experience managing corporate IT operations, including identity and endpoint management
• Strong background in application security or cloud security
• Experience in a healthcare or regulated industry environment
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks
