Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Architect to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure enterprise, system, and solution architectures aligned with cybersecurity strategies
• Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts, including diagrams and technical design documents
• Integrate security controls across various layers and support Zero Trust Architecture implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and architecture roles
• Experience designing secure enterprise and system architectures
• Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Active CISSP, CCSP, CISM, AWS or Azure Certification (preferred)
