Security Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Security Architect will analyze existing systems architecture, design security solutions, and enhance the organization's security posture while collaborating with engineers and application developers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend security solutions based on business strategies and system vulnerabilities
• Design and implement security systems, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, and public key infrastructures
• Monitor the security environment to identify gaps and recommend system upgrades and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience in designing, deploying, or migrating security capabilities in cloud environments
• Knowledge of information security standards and conducting risk assessments
• Familiarity with security technologies, including intrusion detection methodologies and network devices
• Ability to prepare system security reports through data collection and analysis
• Proven experience in enhancing security team capabilities through effective solution delivery planning
