Security Architect

Job Summary

To support the Solution Architecture organization, the contract Embedded Security Architect will work remotely to influence architectural decisions and ensure security is integrated into modern SaaS, cloud-native, and hybrid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary security architecture advisor within solution architecture teams throughout the design and delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are understood and implemented early in the design process
• Advocate for a security-by-design approach in cloud and digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on security architecture for complex solutions
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native solutions, including API integrations
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001
• Ability to translate security requirements into actionable guidance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred
