Security Architect

Job Summary

To enhance data security and resilience, the full-time salaried Security Architect will develop and maintain security policies, design secure system integrations, and lead security assessments while working in a hybrid environment with some telecommuting permitted.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide security policies, standards, and procedures
• Design and implement security controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• Collaborate with technical teams to plan and manage security projects, ensuring secure system design and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive work experience as a Security or IT Architect
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
• At least one cloud architecture certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 2 years of experience designing security controls in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
