Security Architect

Job Summary

To support the operational needs of a large IT environment, the remote Security Architect will assist in the planning, design, deployment, and administration of enterprise SIEM and XDR capabilities while developing automated response workflows and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design, deployment, administration, and operational support of enterprise SIEM and XDR capabilities
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automated response workflows and playbooks
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Security-related field, or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education
• 5 years of experience supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments
• Experience with Palo Alto Cortex, XSIAM, and Cortex XDR design and implementation
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and incident response
• Experience developing automation and integrations using scripting languages such as Python and Bash
