Security Architect

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's security posture, the full-time Principal Architect - Security will build a comprehensive security architecture, align it with business objectives, and serve as the authoritative security voice at the Architecture Review Board while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote an enterprise security architecture blueprint and roadmap
• Evaluate architectures for security fitness and ensure alignment with the company's risk appetite
• Lead threat modeling practices and perform architecture risk assessments across initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in security architecture and engineering, with recent experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of healthcare security compliance obligations, including HIPAA and HITRUST
• Deep expertise in identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Proficiency in cloud security, particularly with Microsoft Azure and data protection strategies
