Security Awareness Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Awareness Program Specialist responsible for developing and implementing a security awareness program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a security awareness program aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements
• Develop and deliver engaging security training content through various formats
• Plan and execute phishing simulations to measure awareness and reduce susceptibility to social engineering

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in security awareness, information security, IT training, or risk management
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering security awareness or training programs is preferred
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
• Understanding of core security awareness topics and familiarity with frameworks like NIST SP 800-50
• Experience with training/awareness platforms is advantageous
