Security Brand Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and leading internal initiatives, the full-time remote Security Brand Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to promote security values and enhance the organization's security culture, while supporting business growth and strengthening the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to foster a security mindset within teams
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Engineering to integrate security best practices into organizational processes
• Develop and communicate security initiatives and training to internal and external audiences

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, branding, or marketing, focusing on cybersecurity or technology
• Strong knowledge of security principles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Skilled in tracking and measuring program success with a data-driven approach
