Security+ Certified Product Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To drive project delivery excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Security+ Certified Product Delivery Lead will manage multiple technical initiatives within a DevSecOps framework, oversee project budgets, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects within a DevSecOps environment
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management reports and plans, including risk and change management
• Collaborate with business development teams to support project estimation and planning efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering; or relevant certification in lieu of degree
• Security+ certification required for candidates without a relevant bachelor's degree, to be obtained within six months of hire
• Prior development experience, preferably in Python or Java, with familiarity in cloud and containerization technologies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving high performance
• Ability to guide release planning and maintain deployment readiness in partnership with DevSecOps teams
