Security+ Certified Tier III Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced cybersecurity environment, the full-time Security+ Certified Tier III Analyst will manage user-reported issues, assist with data analysis, and collaborate with technical experts while working in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging user-reported issues and assisting with data analysis
• Debugging user queries and identifying process improvements for automation
• Monitoring system health and managing tickets via ITSM

Required qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting data issues
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Security+ certification or other 8570 certification
• Active Top Secret Clearance
