Security Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and knowledgeable, the full-time remote Security Compliance Analyst will manage customer due diligence and vendor risk management processes, ensuring compliance with security requirements while supporting internal teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales/support regarding security compliance requirements and customer security requests
• Conduct vendor security reviews and monitor compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements
• Document findings, recommend remediation, and track resolution of security issues across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in technical support, risk management, or IT/Security audit within the software industry
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools and familiarity with cloud hosting infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and legal requirements like GDPR
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders
