Security Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Data Center security team, the full-time Security Compliance Analyst will monitor regulatory changes, assess compliance risks, and assist in client escalations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with legal requirements by studying existing legislation and advising management on necessary actions
• Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks to stakeholders
• Assist business and compliance partners in responding to client escalations through research and presentations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-8 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and physical security design
• Broad knowledge of physical security and risk management
• General understanding of incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners
