- Leading requirements gathering, documentation, and testing oversight
- Consulting with customers, collecting and analyzing requirements, and creating training materials
- Completing project tasks independently and nurturing client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems/process analysis
- BA or BS in business, health care, or related field
- Understanding of healthcare processes, applications, policies, and standards
- Advanced software knowledge in tools like Captivate, Excel, Access, etc
- Critical-thinking skills, exceptional customer service history, and advanced communication and organizational skills
