Security Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of compliance professionals, the full-time salaried Security Compliance Director will oversee the planning, execution, and sustainability of information security certifications and attestations, managing the end-to-end audit lifecycle in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance team in delivering information security certifications and attestations, setting direction and priorities
• Own the audit lifecycle, including scoping, evidence collection, auditor coordination, and reporting
• Drive continuous compliance through automation and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in security compliance, audit, or information security within an enterprise SaaS environment
• Deep expertise in security and IT compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and SOX ITGCs
• Experience developing or transforming compliance programs in a cloud and/or SaaS environment
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various leadership levels
• Proven organizational and project management skills
