Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security & Compliance Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of IT security policies and best practices
- Contribute to the protection of internal infrastructure, systems, and data
- Assist in leading day-to-day operations of the security function and incident response
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a cybersecurity role, with exposure to security engineering or customer-facing support
- Solid understanding of security tools and technologies, including SIEM and firewalls
- Hands-on experience with systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
- Security+ certification (or similar) is required; additional certifications are a plus
