Security & Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security & Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of IT security policies and best practices
• Contribute to the protection of internal infrastructure, systems, and data
• Assist in leading day-to-day operations of the security function and incident response

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a cybersecurity role, with exposure to security engineering or customer-facing support
• Solid understanding of security tools and technologies, including SIEM and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
• Security+ certification (or similar) is required; additional certifications are a plus
