Security Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Managing the Security Compliance team, the full-time remote Security Compliance Manager will provide enterprise security oversight, set strategic direction to enhance security programs, and ensure compliance with security initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support hiring, performance management, and career development of Security Compliance staff to align with defined goals
- Set the team's strategic direction, assign projects to improve the enterprise security posture, and manage compliance initiatives
- Identify regulatory changes affecting security policies and recommend appropriate adjustments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in security governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM are required; CISSP is preferred
