Security Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Security Consultant to manage and administer physical security for facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts security assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities and vendor relationships
• Manages incidents of crime and collaborates with law enforcement for investigations and resolution
• Acts as a technical consultant on security risks and develops protective measures and risk solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Industrial Security or Law Enforcement, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Industrial Security or Law Enforcement
• Preferred experience with various security systems and certifications from the American Society for Industrial Security
• Knowledge of physical and electronic security technology and crime prevention concepts
• Familiarity with legal implications of security system implementation and premises liability
