Security Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Security Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing security incidents, threat trends, and compliance-driven security activities
• Participate in tactical sessions for threat intelligence and contribute to security configuration and remediation tasks
• Engage in client-facing workshops and maintain accurate documentation of customer environments and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• General knowledge of cloud security concepts and modern identity (Azure AD/Entra ID)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender or SIEM/SOAR platforms, with a preference for Azure Sentinel
• Understanding of zero trust principles and basic familiarity with NIST, CIS, or similar security frameworks
• Curious and proactive learner with a desire to grow into more advanced security roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced managed services environment
