Security Consultant - NYDFS Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Consultant - Application Security to support NYDFS compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of NYDFS compliance initiatives, including Second Amendment to Section 500
• Partner with Business Units, Corporate Cyber Security, and application owners to drive compliance
• Manage timelines, resources, scope, and reporting, while serving as the primary BU point of contact for NYDFS compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in application security, information security, or regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of NYDFS or similar regulatory frameworks
• Proven project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
