Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Consultant, Technical Customer Success in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product health checks to deliver best practice guidance, enablement and optimizations to customer's Rapid7 product utilization
- Perform high-quality product configuration reviews and enablement for new customers
- Advise on security best practices as they relate to Rapid7 technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in automation and implementation of security technologies and best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience and/or knowledge of container orchestration, deployment, and development technologies
- Understanding of network technologies and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
