Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Consultant, Technical Customer Success in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform product health checks to deliver best practice guidance, enablement and optimizations to customer's Rapid7 product utilization
  • Perform high-quality product configuration reviews and enablement for new customers
  • Advise on security best practices as they relate to Rapid7 technologies

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in automation and implementation of security technologies and best practices
  • Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience and/or knowledge of container orchestration, deployment, and development technologies
  • Understanding of network technologies and protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
