Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Control Assessor to support federal clients in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Information Security Officers and Managers to execute Security Control Assessments
- Conduct Discovery, Assessment, Risk Validation, and finalize SCA packages
- Obtain sign-off from the Authorized Officer for completed assessments
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in information security, cyber risk management, or IT security operations
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in system security analysis, vulnerability management, or incident response
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting a federal government Agency/Department
- Security+ CE certification
