Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Control Assessor to support federal clients in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Information Security Officers and Managers to execute Security Control Assessments
  • Conduct Discovery, Assessment, Risk Validation, and finalize SCA packages
  • Obtain sign-off from the Authorized Officer for completed assessments
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in information security, cyber risk management, or IT security operations
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in system security analysis, vulnerability management, or incident response
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience supporting a federal government Agency/Department
  • Security+ CE certification
