Security Control Assessor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Control Assessor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent security control assessments following NIST methodologies
• Evaluate security controls for federal information systems and cloud environments
• Develop and maintain Security Assessment Reports and related documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in federal cybersecurity assessment and compliance
• Minimum of four years of experience in conducting security control assessments
• Expertise in NIST RMF processes and FISMA compliance requirements
• Experience developing Security Assessment Reports and related accreditation documentation
