Security Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Director North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional security operations in line with risk assessments and security standards
• Drive all areas of security including crisis management, physical security, and threat management
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and define the regional strategy for security awareness and training

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree in Security, Law, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Corporate Security within a multinational environment
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Experience managing security programs across multiple sites and business units
• High integrity and sound judgment with the ability to make decisions under pressure
