Security Director

Job Summary

Security Director is a full-time position responsible for overseeing enterprise information security, compliance, and business continuity programs across multiple firms, while building standardized security controls and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a multi-year security strategy and roadmap across the organization
• Establish security policy frameworks and maintain minimum control baselines for all firms
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing security teams
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, particularly with Azure and Microsoft security
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; security certifications preferred (CISSP)
• Professional services or accounting firm experience is strongly preferred
