Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain information system security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information system security controls in accordance with policies and regulatory guidelines
• Identify, classify, scan, and report on security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations within the infrastructure
• Focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles to support and enhance the SailPoint Identity Security platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in information security
• Broad knowledge of security concepts including firewalls, SIEM development, and vulnerability management solutions
• Strong understanding of secure architecture, threat modeling, and application security best practices
• Must not have any convictions for security/privacy/compliance related crimes
