Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to strengthen the security of their infrastructure, applications, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable security controls across cloud infrastructure and applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure architectures and assist in product development
• Conduct security reviews, lead threat modeling exercises, and support incident response activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity and security engineering
• Deep understanding of web architectures and modern frameworks
• Expert-level scripting and automation skills for workflow automation and log analysis
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms, especially AWS, and cloud-native security practices
