Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer specializing in product security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security controls and policies within AWS to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• Conduct security assessments of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle and mentor junior security team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years focused on AWS cloud security
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture and security services
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and scripting languages for automation
• Solid knowledge of network security and secure coding practices
