Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to lead security and compliance activities for federal health platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security, compliance, and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities for federal health platforms
• Ensure systems are secure, accredited, and compliant with federal standards
• Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines and promote security automation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in security engineering and compliance within federal health or mission-critical cloud systems
• Hands-on expertise with ATO processes and risk management frameworks (RMF)
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and FISMA security guidelines
• Bachelor's degree
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and may require U.S. citizenship for federal background checks
