Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, development, and execution of vulnerability and policy compliance assessments
• Administer and maintain vulnerability assessment tools and generate assessment reports
• Review and maintain security standards and compliance controls aligned with industry frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in information security, security engineering, or vulnerability management
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Splunk or other SIEM tools
• Experience with vulnerability and compliance assessments using Qualys
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and Windows networking
• Familiarity with industry and government security standards (NIST, CIS)
