Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer who will enhance the security posture of a platform used by millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure systems by partnering with engineering teams and conducting threat modeling
• Drive proactive defense through automated scanning, penetration testing frameworks, and monitoring tools
• Own governance and compliance by leading the technical implementation of controls for ISO 27001 and TX-RAMP

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or software development with a security focus
• Proven track record of securing AWS environments (IAM, Network Security, Infrastructure-as-Code) at scale
• Ability to read and write code (C#, Python, or similar)
• Experience with SAST/DAST and vulnerability management platforms
• Understanding of implementing controls in regulated environments without hindering business velocity
