Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to design and secure cloud-native systems for defense applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy security automation and monitoring microservices in Go
• Enhance and maintain SIEM integrations and threat detection logic across various environments
• Document architectures, detection logic, and operational procedures for scalability

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps, Blue Team engineering, or security automation
• Strong experience developing tools and microservices in Go (Golang)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks like Pulumi
• Deep understanding of AWS security services and networking fundamentals
• DoD Secret Clearance (active or eligible) and DoD 8570/8140 compliant IAT2
