Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Security Engineer will develop and support secure automation and operational engineering solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support secure automation and operational engineering solutions
• Design and implement operational workflows that enhance efficiency and resilience across security processes
• Provide hands-on engineering support for security systems and platform integrations to improve reliability

Required qualifications:

• College degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational engineering, automation, or security engineering
• Intermediate proficiency in Python and PowerShell development
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong networking knowledge, including hybrid cloud and zero trust environments
