Security Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a fast-growing team, the full-time Security Engineer will focus on proactive reviews and advanced guidance for customers while independently managing AUS hours coverage in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in fine-tuning detection and response mechanisms for cloud security
- Support proactive reviews of customer environments to identify risks and recommend improvements
- Lead in-depth security investigations and document outcomes to enhance future detection and response
Required qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably from a leading cloud security company
- Strong working knowledge of detection engineering, incident response, and threat analysis
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Comfortable with Linux; Windows knowledge is a plus
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Security is an advantage
