Security Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic security program, the full-time Security Engineer will design, manage, and maintain security infrastructure while providing technical support for hardware and software elements in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement security architecture and monitor network security systems for anomalies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in incident response activities
- Maintain compliance with federal security regulations and ensure system performance and security
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Network, Application, and Information Security
- Strong understanding of NIST 800-53 security controls
- Proficiency in Network/Firewall management and basic Windows/Linux administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations
