Security Engineer, Applied AI
Job Summary
To advance security capabilities in AI, the full-time Security Engineer, Applied AI will apply deep domain expertise to solve complex security challenges, build AI-driven security products, and conduct adversarial research, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex security problems using multi-step reasoning and novel approaches
- Prototype AI-driven security products and tools to address real-world challenges at scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate security innovations into production AI systems
Required qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in areas such as detection engineering or cloud security
- Extensive knowledge of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or shell scripting
- Experience building security systems and engineering solutions to complex problems
