Job Summary
Transforming vulnerability management into a proactive, intelligence-driven capability, the full-time Security Engineer, Vulnerability Management will design AI-augmented scanning pipelines, automate remediation workflows, and maintain asset inventory accuracy in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate AI-augmented vulnerability scanning pipelines across IT, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Build and maintain automated remediation workflows, including AI-generated ticket creation and resolution tracking
- Contribute to attack surface management using AI-powered exposure analysis to map external trends and model risk reduction scenarios
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability management or attack surface management
- Preferred certifications include Security+ or GEVA; vendor certifications (Tenable, Qualys) or AI/ML security coursework are a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate AI-generated insights into risk narratives for technical teams and executives
- Proficiency in tools such as Tenable Nessus, Qualys VMDR, and ServiceNow
- Effective collaboration skills to drive remediation velocity across IT, cloud, and application teams
