Security Engineer with Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Security Engineer to ensure the security and compliance of technology systems supporting training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security controls and conduct vulnerability assessments
• Develop security policies and procedures while monitoring systems for threats
• Ensure continuous compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field with 7+ years of federal security experience
• Security+ certification or higher (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) and federal security clearance
• Experience with FISMA compliance and RMF implementation
• Knowledge of federal security controls (NIST 800-53) and incident response procedures
• Experience with government security tools and federal compliance reporting requirements
