Security Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security Engineering to lead and scale its security engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and develop a team focused on product security, infrastructure security, and security operations
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security engineering roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Ensure the security and integrity of the AI-native identity platform, including vulnerability management and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in security engineering, with 5+ years leading security teams
• Deep experience securing SaaS platforms, ideally in identity or enterprise software
• Strong technical foundation in cloud security (AWS) and container security
• Hands-on experience with security tools and practices such as SAST/DAST and vulnerability management
• Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
