Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Microsoft Security Engineering, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Deployment Engineering team within the EMEA region
• Ensure customers receive world-class service during Microsoft deployment activities and ongoing support
• Drive improvements in people, processes, and technologies supporting Microsoft services implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in technical team leadership and management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft security solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft XDR and Zero Trust Architecture models
• Deep understanding of MDR services, processes, and technologies
• Operational knowledge of SOC activities
