Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of critical security initiatives and ensure infrastructure resilience against evolving threats
• Own and drive the security roadmap to protect patient and employer data
• Design and implement scalable security systems while overseeing technical execution across the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of one or more technical security domains (AppSec, Cloud Security, or IAM)
• Proven track record of executing multi-quarter security projects that reduce company-level risk
• Experience creating effective workflows, standards, and training modules
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into well-defined objectives
• A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
